About The Role
A. Regulatory Affairs
Support the evaluation and fulfillment of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical raw materials and R&D chemicals.
Review regulatory documentation required for the importation and distribution of products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory databases and licensing documentation.
Monitor regulatory changes and updates issued by relevant government authorities.
Prepare regulatory documents, letters, and correspondence with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders.
B. Trade Compliance
Support import licensing and trade compliance processes.
Review import requirements, HS Codes, and product regulatory status.
Coordinate with the EXIM team to ensure smooth and compliant import processes.
Utilize and navigate SAP for relevant regulatory and trade compliance processes.
C. Digitalization & AI
Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline Regulatory & Trade Compliance processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and document repositories using Microsoft 365.
Utilize Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, Power Automate
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related Life Science disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, Import Compliance, or the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience handling the importation of pharmaceutical raw materials or laboratory chemicals is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of import and trade regulations related to pharmaceutical raw materials and chemicals.
Familiarity with technical documentation such as SDS/MSDS, CoA, and Technical Data Sheets.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
Understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools to improve workplace productivity.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
