The Position
Como Supply Planner para la red SAN (South American Network), desempeñará un rol clave en garantizar la continuidad del abastecimiento, la optimización del inventario y la eficiencia operativa en toda la región. En esta posición, liderarás el proceso mensual de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) y supervisarás los flujos de planificación del negocio. The Opportunity
Liderazgo de S&OP y Gestión de Stakeholders Senior: Liderar la reunión mensual de Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) actuando como nexo entre Comercial, Finanzas y Marketing para visualizar posibles desvíos de abastecimiento, inventarios y Write-off. Desafiar hipótesis de demanda, gestionar expectativas y presentar escenarios claros de mitigación.
Mitigación de Riesgos y Control de Pérdidas: Evaluar proactivamente desviaciones para reducir el Backorder y ejecutar estrategias que minimicen el exceso de inventario y el riesgo de Write-Off.
Estrategia de Inventarios: Definir y monitorear las variables de planificación (Safety Stock, Reorder Points, Lead Times) para asegurar niveles óptimos de stock alineados con los objetivos de capital de trabajo de la compañía.
Gestión de Abastecimiento End-to-End: Ejecutar y supervisar el ciclo de órdenes de compra para proveedores locales, intercompany y terceros, garantizando la trazabilidad total del flujo.
Gestión de Master Data: Garantizar la integridad y el alta eficiente de nuevos códigos en el Maestro de Materiales (SAP).
Business Intelligence & Reporting: Generar alertas tempranas y tableros de control (Dashboards) que brinden visibilidad sobre posibles quiebres de stock o cuellos de botella a los distintos stakeholders.
Mejora Continua: Liderar y colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua locales y regionales impulsando la estandarización de procesos, la implementación de mejores prácticas globales y la eficiencia operativa en toda la network.
Who You Are
Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional o carreras afines.
Experiencia previa comprobable en Planificación de Abastecimiento (Supply Planning) y gestión de la cadena de suministro dentro de empresas multinacionales.
Trayectoria demostrada liderando reuniones de S&OP e influyendo sobre stakeholders de nivel senior (Comercial, Finanzas, Marketing), con el criterio, la seguridad y el aplomo técnico necesarios para cuestionar proyecciones, manejar la presión y renegociar expectativas.
Manejo de sistemas ERP (especialmente SAP - Maestro de Materiales) y herramientas de Business Intelligence / Dashboards.
Fuerte mentalidad de gestión de riesgos, análisis de variables de planificación y proyectos de mejora continua.
Nivel de inglés avanzado/fluido (escrito y hablado) para la interacción diaria con la red regional.
