We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Procurement Lab Consumables role supporting our Research and Pre-Clinical Development. In this role, you will develop and manage sourcing strategies, lead strategic sourcing initiatives, and negotiate supplier agreements while collaborating with Procurement management, cross-functional stakeholders to drive cost savings, efficiency, and category performance.

Discover your role:

Defines and implements the global Lab Consumables Category strategy to serve global and regional business needs

Aligns category priorities with Procurement management and cross-functional stakeholders through strategic sourcing initiatives

Manages negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management activities for the Lab Consumables category, in consultation with the Law department

Drives cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency gains through category management activities

Represents Global Procurement in organizational decisions with critical short- and long-term impact on category performance

Leverages market intelligence, benchmarking, and supplier engagement to strengthen Regeneron's knowledge of supply market dynamics

Applies data analytics, automation, and visualization tools to generate insights and communicate results to stakeholders and senior leadership

This role requires:

Sr Manager Level: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field + 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably including substantial experience in Pharma/BioPharma

In-depth knowledge of managing global category processes and suppliers

Proven success managing suppliers and category processes across a breadth of categories, driving results through effective sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management

Preferred-Experience with sourcing and contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx or sourcing platform systems (e.g., Oracle, Zycus, Ariba, LabViva, Zageno, Science Exchange, Scientist.com)

Preferred-Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate)

Preferred/nice-to-have: Experience managing and implementing inventory management programs and technologies (e.g., RFID, QR codes, consignment, VMI solutions, single-use materials, biore
