Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Planning and Replenishment

Manage product replenishment processes using SAP.

Monitor product availability and on-time delivery performance.

Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery execution.

Coordinate and verify product materials (artworks) related to product launches and lifecycle changes.

Identify and resolve issues impacting supply continuity and product availability.

2. Inventory Management and Forecasting

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.

Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.

Analyze key performance indicators related to product availability and inventory levels.

Identify risks associated with excess or insufficient inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Support initiatives aimed at improving working capital efficiency.

3. Project Support and Process Improvement

Participate in projects focused on Supply Chain process development and optimization.

Support system implementations and upgrades, including SAP-related projects.

Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver business initiatives.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Our requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain.

Strong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data.

Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:  

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Job location: Warsaw, Poland or Stryków

Work mode: hybrid, few days on the office

Pay range (monthly salary):  gross/zł 7 400- 13 733

Variable compensation: 

-Annual performance-based bonus: 10%

-Employee share program;
