Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich?
Du bildest die direkte Brücke zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT und koordinierst spannende gemeinsame Projekte.
Du entwickelst smarte IT-Lösungen von der ersten Idee über die Programmierung bis zur Einführung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum.
Du optimierst aktiv betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und steuerst Abläufe – sei es in der Logistik, der Entwicklung, der Produktion oder im Controlling.
Du wirkst aktiv an spannenden Daten- und IT-Projekten mit und trägst durch den Einsatz innovativer Ansätze zur digitalen Transformation bei.
Du sammelst Praxiserfahrung in einem der verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche, wie beispielsweise Finance & Controlling, Entwicklung, Produktion, Personalwesen oder Site Management.
Deine vorlesungsfreie Zeit und das Praxissemester verbringst Du bei der Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg. Auch Deine Bachelorarbeit machst Du bei uns im Unternehmen. Die Vorlesungen finden an der Technischen Hochschule in Rosenheim statt.

Wie lange dauert Deine Ausbildung?

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
