Position Description: Briefly summarize the primary purpose & key accountabilities of the position.

主要负责工厂GMARS系统维护和管理，包括资产及维护信息录入和更新，维护工单的计划和排程，以及作为GMARS培训的讲师，确保GMARS维护执行符合礼来的规范。

Responsible for GMARS system maintenance and management of Suzhou site, including assets and maintenance data load and update, maintenance work order planning and scheduling, and serve as GMARS trainer to ensure the GMARS execution compliance with Lilly requirement.

Key Objectives/Deliverables: In order of importance, describe the primary responsibilities, which must be completed to achieve the objects of the position. The description should cover approximately 90% or more of the job content.

作为工厂 GMARS 数据管理员，维护GMARS系统内的维护和维修相关数据（备件管理除外），包含数据录入和整理，及相关文件归档。

Work as site GMARS data admin to maintain the maintenance data (spare part management is out of scope), including data upload and update.

作为工厂GMARS 系统专家，提供GMARS系统技术支持、咨询和培训，保持与global 维护团队和GMIS 团队的定期沟通并解决用户问题和提高系统的稳定性。

Serve as site GMARS SME, provide GMARS system technical support and consult , build connection with global maintenance and GMIS team to solve the users’ issues and continuously improve system reliability.

工厂预防性维护及非紧急维修工单的计划，协助相关部门维护活动按计划执行，确保无过期的预防性维护工单。

PM & non- emergency work orders of the site planning, communicate with related team to ensure PM plan follows the schedule to avoid PM overdue.

负责工厂GMARS系统相关的变更和偏差。

Responsible for site change and deviation related to GMARS.

负责工厂大修期间的排程，以及作为停产协调员的Backup。

Responsible for scheduling of shutdown, serve as backup for shutdown coordinator.

负责工程维护KPI的建立及定期跟踪，汇总和分析维护/维修数据，定期组织会议进行数据回顾。

Responsible for maintenance KPI setting and tracking, summary maintenance data and coordinate the meeting to review and analysis the data.

负责工厂图纸系统GECMS管理，提供系统使用、业务流程及用户支持

Responsible for site GECMS management support, including system use, business process guidance, issue troubleshooting and user support

负责中心维修团队文件审批流（QualityDocs）创建。

Responsible for creating document approval workflow in QualityDocs for central maintenance team.

遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求。

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfil the work safety responsibilities.

完成主管分配的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

基本要求：写明与工作相关，履行此岗位基本职能所必需的资质要求，包括：教育/执业资格/证书，相关经验，技术和/或其他工作相关技能（操作技能，外语，计算机等）。

Basic Requirements: Indicate qualifications that are job related, necessary for the performance of an essential function of this position including education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills (Operational skill, foreign language, computer and etc.).

本科或以上学历，及等同学历

Bachelor’s degree or above, and equivalent.

2年及/或以上工厂工作经验，工程背景优先 Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/factory working experience; engineering background is preferred.

了解GMP以及维护体系

Aware of GMP and the maintenance system

良好的英语沟通能力（听、说、读、写），能够独立阅读、编写和翻译SOP、操作规程及相关文件。

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to independently read, draft, and translate SOPs, operating procedures, and other technical documentation.

具备较好的团队精神和良好的人际交流能力

Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skill

熟练掌握Microsoft office软件。

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
