JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring two Sourcing Operations Specialists to support company semiconductor materials business from Taiwan. Reporting directly to the Global Sourcing Director, you will work with suppliers, sourcing managers, and global procurement colleagues across Asia and beyond.

This is an internationally connected role with a strong focus on supplier management. You will help create consistent supplier follow-up, improve visibility of supplier performance and risks, and ensure actions are completed. At the same time, you will provide dedicated regional support that enables sourcing managers to focus on strategic priorities and commercial negotiations.

YOUR ROLE 

Supplier management

- Coordinate supplier follow-ups on delivery, samples, open actions, contracts, NDAs, compliance, and other operational topics

- Collect and organize supplier data on quality, delivery, responsiveness, capacity, cost, and risk

- Maintain action trackers and help ensure supplier commitments are completed on time

- Prepare supplier scorecards, review materials, business-review summaries, and risk information

- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, development, and performance-review activities

- Identify missing information, recurring issues, and delayed actions, then highlight them to the relevant sourcing manager

- Sourcing operations and stakeholder support

- Coordinate forecasts, vendor information, vendor-code requests, reports, and regional summaries

- Respond to supplier and stakeholder inquiries and coordinate timely answers across sourcing, quality, engineering, finance, logistics, and planning

- Improve trackers, templates, reporting routines, and ways of working

- The role is focused on supplier coordination, follow-up, data preparation, and stakeholder support. It does not include commercial negotiation responsibility.

WHO YOU ARE

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, PLUS one additional language Japanese or Korean

- At least two years of relevant experience in international trading, customer service, sales support, logistics, order management, procurement operations, or a similar coordination role

- Practical knowledge of international trading, such as import/export coordination, cross-border shipments, commercial documentation, Incoterms, or overseas customer and supplier communication

- Strong follow-up, organization, communication, and data-consolidation skills

- Customer-service mindset and confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders across cultures

- SAP or other procurement-system experience; advanced SAP transaction-code knowledge is not required

- Familiarity with supplier scorecards, quality systems, or performance reviews

Strong Excel or comparable reporting skills
