About the job
The (Senior) Product Manager is responsible for all marketing aspects of the vaccine portfolio in Hong Kong, driving brand strategy, market leadership, and commercial performance. The PM works cross-functionally to build and execute high-impact strategies that optimize Sanofi's market position and improve public health outcomes through innovative, patient-centric marketing.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Brand Management
Develop and execute marketing plans to optimize brand value across the vaccine portfolio; build market leadership positions, conduct competitive intelligence, and drive innovative approaches to expand vaccination coverage and grow patient numbers on Sanofi products
Stakeholder Engagement & KOL Management
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in vaccines and pediatrics; engage healthcare policy makers and medical associations to shape the vaccination landscape and reinforce brand positioning
Digital Innovation & Excellence in Marketing Execution
Leverage company digital assets to enhance business performance and customer engagement; implement patient-driven education through digital channels and utilize data analytics to translate insights into actionable strategies
Sales Collaboration & Forecasting
Partner with the Sales team to set targets and define field activities; develop effective sales training materials; prepare accurate annual forecasts and budgets; monitor monthly sales performance and A&P expenditure
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and HKAPI regulations; proactively assess compliance risks in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Public Affairs teams before implementation
Cross-Functional Leadership & Public Health Impact
Lead cross-functional initiatives with a 'One Sanofi' mindset; develop patient-centric campaigns in collaboration with public relations and communications to drive vaccination awareness and improved public health outcomes in Hong Kong
About you
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field (required) ; MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
Infectious Disease or pediatric KOL connections (preferred)
Track record of market leadership, share growth, and managing multiple product franchises (advantage)
