You will partner across the business to evaluate opportunities, strengthen pricing governance and improve the tools and processes behind decision-making. This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to lead projects independently and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
You will be responsible for:
• Analyzing pricing performance, profitability, discounts, customer purchasing patterns and market trends to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Developing clear, data-driven recommendations for list-price changes, customer discounts, agreements, pricing exceptions and portfolio decisions.
• Building financial models and business cases to assess the revenue and profitability implications of pricing proposals and commercial opportunities.
• Supporting new-product pricing through product-cost analysis, competitive benchmarking and value-based approaches.
• Evaluating customer deals and, where required, tender opportunities, balancing commercial objectives with pricing discipline.
• Developing dashboards and management reports that improve visibility of pricing performance and support timely decisions.
• Coordinating pricing reviews and approvals, ensuring proposals meet applicable policies, approval requirements and governance standards.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation and work with local teams to implement approved pricing decisions.
• Improving pricing models, reporting and recurring workflows through automation, reducing manual effort and improving the quality of analysis.
• Leading assigned pricing initiatives and partner with Sales, Finance, Strategic Accounts, local commercial teams and regional pricing leadership to embed effective pricing practices.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management or business analytics.
• Experience using commercial and financial analysis to support pricing, discount or profitability decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills, including scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Power Query and experience improving or automating recurring analytical processes.
• Ability to develop effective dashboards and reports and work with large commercial datasets.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to present complex findings as clear recommendations.
• Ability to manage projects independently, collaborate across functions and communicate effectively in Turkish and English.
• Direct experience with list pricing, customer agreements, discounts or pricing exceptions.
• Exposure to new-product pricing, product costing, competitive analysis or value-based pricing.
• Working knowledge of SQL or other data-querying tools, and experience with pricing systems.
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology or another complex or regulated industry; exposure to tenders, Strategic Accounts or Market Access is an advantage.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
