Typical Accountabilities- Assist the planning, development, and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to support brand strategies and organizational objectives.- Oversee the design, evaluation, and ongoing improvement of marketing programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, market data and evolving marketing opportunities.- Apply expertise to study market trends, segment drivers, growth opportunities, and risks, contributing to decision-making and strategic direction.- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to enable effective execution of communication and promotional plans.- Contribute to creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities.- Maintain awareness of competitive activity in consumer marketing.- Work across the Commercial interface to successfully build relationships and drive performance collectively through all marketing and sales channels.- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure success of marketing activities and full alignment to objectives.- Provide input and recommendations into communication and operational planning, supporting the consistency and impact of brand initiatives.- Monitor risks and apply sound judgement in navigating complex or novel situations to safeguard brand and business interests.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: Bachelor’s Degree; experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry or relevant professional or commercial experience; Business Acumen; Scientific Acumen; Insight & Analytics; Digital Acumen; Growth & Innovation Mindset.Desirable: Advanced degree(s) in business or science or MBA in relevant field; Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets promotions and/or strategy role; Experience in Insight/Market Research; Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience; Experience in Emerging or DFL role; Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products; Understanding of the Healthcare environment; Advertising agency experience; Sales or Sales Training experience.Key Relationship to Reach SolutionsInternal: Brand marketing teams; Medical; Field sales; Access strategy; Insights and analytics; Compliance; Regulatory; Operations; Market research; Customer engagement.External: Agencies; Consultants; Opinion leaders.
