Position: Senior Associate, Supply Chain (Distribution) – 1 Year Contract

Reports to: Associate Director Supply Chain, Global Distribution Hub Americas

Grade Level: 4

Location: Mississauga, ON (Head Office) – Flexible Commuter

What you will do

Support the Canada Distribution team, while working with internal cross-functional stakeholders (primarily within Global Distribution, Customer Experience, Planning and Quality), targeting seamless delivery to Canadian distribution centres and customers, 100% On Time In Full.

Work with external 3rd party service providers (e.g. Logistics Service Providers, LSPs) to manage day-to-day execution and troubleshooting of operational issues.

Complete training in assigned tasks, through on-the-job training or in the Learning Management System.

Follow established procedures and requirements to execute assigned tasks.

Ensure adherence to GxP compliance requirements (Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, Good Documentation Practices).

Identify and participate in implementing opportunities for continuous improvement of established processes to improve compliance, automation, cost or process efficiency.

Escalate to management any events or conditions that can impact compliance, product quality, safety, security or customer experience.

May support additional Distribution tasks within Global Distribution Hub Americas team as assigned by management.

Specific Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. creating Advanced Shipping Notifications for LSPs, timely processing of Stock Transfer Orders, requesting rush orders, scheduling deliveries, issue resolution etc.

-Generating Receipts, Deliveries, Adjustments or Goods Issue in SAP system following established procedures.

-Managing, verifying and filing copies of completed paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, retained for audit purposes.

-Generating reports and scrubbing data for accuracy, to support inventory management, KPIs and other Distribution analytics as required.

-Approving vendor invoices following defined policies and procedures.

-Attend weekly tactical meetings, both with internal and with external teams to coordinate compliant distribution execution, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

-Duties supporting inventory accuracy and management with 3rd party service providers.

-Coordinate manual shipments for export following established procedures and templates.

-Coordinate temperature monitored orders with Customer Experience and 3PL, following established Temperature Monitoring Plan.

-Ensuring timely and compliant reporting of Distribution Complaints or Security events.

-Administrative tasks as assigned.

-Escalating questions or issues to management as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree – B.A. or B.SC.

- Expertise in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Copilot).

- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.

- Solutions mindset, strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3+ years supply chain experience.

- Experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in Spanish language is an asset.
