Scale successful commercial practices across markets while adapting to local needs.

P&L accountability: Own revenue, market share, gross profit, operating expenses, profitability, cash generation, and return on investment; lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance reviews

Customer, professional, and consumer leadership: Build trusted partnerships with strategic customers, eye care professionals, key opinion leaders, channel partners, and other external stakeholders; deepen customer and consumer insights and translate them into superior experiences, professional education, advocacy, category development, and stronger brand preference.

Operational excellence and supply partnership: Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations to strengthen demand planning, service levels, inventory health, working capital, and business continuity; balance growth ambitions with disciplined execution, risk management, and cost productivity.

Digital, data, and AI enablement: Champion the effective use of digital platforms, analytics, and AI to generate actionable insights, improve customer engagement, strengthen forecast and investment decisions, increase field productivity, and accelerate scalable commercial innovation.

People, organization, and culture: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of more than 60 employees across SEA; build an inclusive, high-performing, and psychologically safe culture with clear accountability, strong engagement, differentiated performance, critical capability development, succession depth, and a robust pipeline of future leaders.

Cross-functional and matrix leadership: Align country, cluster, APAC, and global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Medical/Clinical, Legal, Privacy, and Health Care Compliance to convert strategy into coordinated execution and resolve trade-offs at pace.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
