As Regional Launch Director, you'll be accountable for maximizing the value of the

collaboration. Contributes to the development and execution of the strategic regional
launch plan, tactical program development and implementation including marketing
mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth in the
short and long term. Commercial launch readiness is achieved through close
collaboration with Commercial teams in market, and with close collaboration and
support from Platforms, Development, BD, Regulatory, IP/Legal, STO and ESO.

Position Purpose:
As Regional Launch Director, you'll be accountable for maximizing the value of the launch, leading development and execution of E2E plan through cross functional collaboration. Contributes to the development and execution of the strategic regional launch plan, tactical program development and implementation including marketing mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term. Commercial launch readiness is achieved through close collaboration with Commercial teams in market, and with close collaboration and support from Platforms, Development, BD, Regulatory, IP/Legal, STO and ESO.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Proactively lead the development and implementation of strategic regional launch readiness.
• Monitor the launch performance, competitive environment to quickly identify plan changes.
• Manage ROI assessments of tactical programs & through collaboration with Commercial Leadership, develop and execute action plans to address competitive threats and/ or exogenous market events, maximizing pipeline value.
• Engage with other functional teams to ensure operational launch readiness of Region SIR launches and ensure E2E coordination to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Platforms on critical issues related to market commercialization, aligning as appropriate to their global product launch strategy.
• Together with Supply Chain and Platforms, drive decisions for regional product allocations if needed, at-risk manufacturing and API purchases to optimize upsides and mitigate risk.
• Provide leadership to the market team and extended functional launch team members including coaching, advising, and developing team members
• Ensure compliance with Sandoz policies and procedures and full integration into the Sandoz culture and support resources
• Perform other duties as required by the Region from time to time.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements :
• A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in the GLP-1 or Biosimilar field
• Sales/commercial leadership and mindset • Sound Project Management experience (min 5 years)
• Hands-on approach combined with business acumen, strategic thinking, and pragmatism
• Experience in managing/leading cross-functional matrix teams • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Stakeholder engagement with respect for different cultures and diverse groups.
