Jouw rol?
Als QA Engineer ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor de operationele departementen en neem je de verantwoordelijkheid om de productkwaliteit te garanderen volgens ISO 9001 en interne standaarden. Dit is absoluut geen pure administratieve positie. Je krijgt geen hand vastgehouden: je neemt beslissingen met de juiste bevoegdheid en durft te escaleren wanneer de kwaliteit in het gedrang komt. Daarbij focus je sterk op kwaliteit, efficiëntie, interne audits en customer intimacy. Bovendien ben je een belangrijke schakel in een groot veranderingstraject, waarbij je meehelpt om het volledige kwaliteitssysteem te benchmarken en gelijk te trekken. Om dit te realiseren, schrijf je procedures uit, toets je deze aan de praktijk en begeleid je de implementatie ervan direct op de productievloer. Je werkt dagelijks met MS Office en het huidige QMS-systeem.
Wie ben jij?
Je hebt een masterdiploma (Apotheker, Chemie, Bio-ingenieur of een vergelijkbare wetenschappelijke achtergrond). Een PhD is een nice-to-have .
Je hebt idealiter rond de 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd in verschillende kwaliteitsfuncties (QA/QC). Ervaring in farma is een plus.
Je hebt een solide kennis ISO 9001. Bekendheid met ALCOA, GDP en Excipact is een troef.
Je draagt kwaliteit en integriteit hoog in het vaandel.
Je hebt sterke ervaring met root cause analyses en durft kritisch na te denken over de efficiëntie van bestaande stappen en processen.
Je beschikt over de juiste assertiviteit om stakeholders aan te spreken, en combineert dit met respect, argumentatiekracht en een luisterend oor.
Je stelt je flexibel op en weet vlot te schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, wat cruciaal is voor het schrijven van heldere procedures. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot professioneel Engels. Frans is een pluspunt voor specifieke audits.
