Quality Assurance Internship (m/f/d)
Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant new graduate to join the Quality Department of Garbagnate plant.
He/she will be introduced into GMP Documentation &Training QA team, actively involved in the implementation of the “Onboarding training program enhancing” project and into the review of Training Qualification Profile for the personnel. In addition, he/she will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to GMP training & documentation management activities and management of batch documentation and archiving activities.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage in the implementation of the project aimed at enhancing the onboarding training program, acquiring practical experience in training planning and design and working in cross-functional teams
Support the review and the update of Training Qualification Profile for the personnel, learning GMP personnel qualification requirements
Provide support in managing site GMP training records and the annual GMP training monitoring, learning GMP training requirements
Assist in overseeing site GMP documentation and monitoring QA Documentation & Training KPIs, developing analytical skills in quality metrics
Support the batch documentation archiving, learning criteria of GMP documentation management and retention requirement
Collaborate with local experts in a cross-functional environment, fostering teamwork and communication skills
WHO YOU ARE:
Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy
Strong digital skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Strong ability of organization and coordination (lean methodology)
Team-oriented mindset, with initiative, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
Fluent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
We are offering a 6-month post-graduate internship with a monthly compensation of €800.
