Vous piloterez la conformité, la préparation aux inspections, le développement des compétences et l’amélioration continue des activités de Qualification et Validation sur les sites belges d’UCB. En tant qu’expert·e reconnu·e et partenaire de confiance, vous aiderez les équipes opérationnelles et Quality à appliquer les exigences GMP, maîtriser les risques et déployer des solutions durables.
Avec qui vous travaillerez
Vous collaborerez avec les spécialistes Qualification et Validation, les équipes opérationnelles et projets, ainsi que les fonctions Quality des sites de Braine, Leuven et du siège. Vous accompagnerez vos collègues, faciliterez le partage des connaissances et développerez des partenariats renforçant l’excellence technique et la culture Qualité. Ce que vous ferez
Vous piloterez la conformité Qualification et Validation sur les sites belges d’UCB.
Vous identifierez les écarts de conformité et accompagnerez la mise en œuvre d’actions correctives durables.
Vous coordonnerez la préparation aux inspections et apporterez votre expertise lors des audits réglementaires.
Vous formerez, accompagnerez et conseillerez les spécialistes Qualification et Validation.
Vous guiderez les équipes dans l’application d’approches conformes, scientifiques et fondées sur les risques.
Vous piloterez des initiatives améliorant la conformité, l’efficacité et la performance opérationnelle.
Intéressé·e ?
Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons la formation, l’expérience et les compétences suivantes:
Master pertinent ou expérience équivalente dans un domaine scientifique ou technique.
Au moins dix ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
Expertise solide en Qualification et Validation dans des environnements réglementés GMP.
Expérience des inspections, audits Qualité, investigations et évaluations des risques.
Compétences démontrées en coaching, formation, collaboration et influence transversale.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, avec une forte culture d’amélioration continue.
