Our Team:
Binnen het QC Support Team, zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Control Training Coördinator.
Main responsibilities:
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en geven van trainingen binnen de volledige Quality Control organisatie evenals het uitwerken van een role-based learning plan en het onderhouden ervan. Dit met als doel de lab activiteiten zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen met hoge focus op kwaliteit.
Tot de hoofdverantwoordelijkheden van de Quality Control Training Coördinator behoren:
· Aanspreekpersoon voor de volledige QC organisatie
· Geven van trainingen in classroom setting en praktische trainingen in de verschillende QC labo’s.
o voor nieuwe medewerkers
o hertraining in kader van deviaties
o op aanvraag
o voor periodieke herkwalificaties
· Ontwikkelen en uitschrijven van theoretische en on-the-job trainingen
· Monitoren van de kwaliteit en effectiviteit van gegeven trainingen; bijsturen en aanpassen van de trainingsaanpak waar nodig
· Verantwoordelijk voor mee uitwerken role-based leerplan (samen met L&D)
· Verlenen van advies omtrent training en voorstellen/uitwerken optimalisaties
· Skill matrix opvolging van de verschillende QC groepen
· Nauwe samenwerking met L&D
