The Position

会议支持与文书撰写：协助准备英文会议资料、简报及演讲 PPT。负责会议过程中的信息记录，并高效整理、撰写英文会议纪要。
中英双语翻译：协助完成部门内各类文档、报告及专业资料的中英文互译及校对工作。
AI 与高效办公赋能：熟练运用生成式 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、Claude、DeepL 等）辅助完成翻译初稿、文本润色、信息汇总及会议纪要整理，提升日常工作效率。协助管理团队日常文档、协同表格与共享云盘，确保信息传递高效准确。
团队综合事务支持：协助完成部门主管交办的其他日常行政与综合性工作。
学历与专业：
本科及以上在读学生，医药、生物等相关专业优先。
语言能力：大学英语六级（CET-6）及以上，或具备同等英语水平。
软件与工具应用：熟练掌握 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等传统 MS Office 办公软件。
优先考虑：熟悉 Google 办公应用生态系统（Google Docs、Sheets、Slides、Drive 等云端协同工具）者，或具备 AI 工具使用经验，善于利用提示词（Prompts）借助 AI 工具辅助撰写文案、翻译或整理数据者优先。
综合素质：具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神；拥有强烈的求知欲与快速学习能力，执行力强；具备较好的抗压能力与细致认真的工作态度。

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
