QAスペシャリスト/ QA Specialist
【職務概要】
品質保証における各種業務（出荷判定、逸脱処理、苦情処理、変更管理、文書管理、教育訓練、衛生管理、査察、ライセンス管理など）について担当業務の責任者としてサイト全体の管理・監督業務を行い、最適な仕組みを構築することで、品質保証レベルの維持・向上に務め、信頼性確保、高品質な製品の安定供給に貢献する。
現行の薬機法、GMP、日本薬局方などの規制要件およびBayer品質基準に遵守し、高水準の品質保証体制を構築、維持する。
製品標準書、手順書、計画書/報告書等の文書作成、レビュー、承認を行う。
継続的改善を推進し、リーンなプロセスを構築する。
チームメンバーの教育やコーチングを通じて、知識・スキル・技術力・マインドの向上を図り、最適なチーム構築に寄与する。
【応募要件】
理系大学卒あるいは相当以上
製薬業界でのGMP業務3年以上又はそれと同等レベルの経験、知識、スキルを有する。
英語：中級以上，TOEIC730点相当以上で，英語でコミュニーケーションを取りながら業務を行った経験
PCスキル：ワード，エクセル，パワーポイントの基本操作
コミュニケーションスキルおよびリーダーシップ

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
