The Position
Als QA Manager für Device Assembly, Packaging and Ocular trägst Du die Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Produkte die spezifischen Anforderungen sowie die internen Pharma Quality Standards (PQS) erfüllen. In dieser Schlüsselrolle fungierst Du als Fachexperte für alle qualitätsrelevanten Fragen und bildest das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen der Bulkherstellung, dem Labor, dem Verpackungsbetrieb und weiteren Schnittstellen.
Die Möglichkeit
In dieser vielseitigen Position gestaltest Du die Qualitätssicherung aktiv mit und sorgst für die Einhaltung regulatorischer Konformität in unseren Kundenmärkten.
Quality Oversight & Audits: Du führst QA-Begehungen durch und unterstützt aktiv bei Selbstinspektionen sowie Behördenaudits.
Produktfreigabe: Du verantwortest die Freigabe von kommerziellen Semi-Finished-Products und Fertigwaren unter Berücksichtigung aller GMP- und Roche-Richtlinien.
Product Launch Support: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung sicherst Du den Launch neuer Produkte unter Qualitätsaspekten ab.
Dokumentationsmanagement: Du übernimmst die Überprüfung und Freigabe von Herstellvorschriften sowie Master Batch Records (MBR).
Qualitätsmanagement: Du trägst die QA-Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Abweichungsberichten, CAPAs und Changes.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Du treibst LPS-Methoden (Lean) voran und setzt Ideen zur Optimierung von Qualität, Effizienz und Kosten um.
Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen, um unsere Ziele hinsichtlich Durchlaufzeit und Engagement zu erreichen.
Wer Du Bist
Du bist eine integre, reflektierte Persönlichkeit mit einer positiven „Can-Do“-Einstellung, die den stetigen Wandel als Chance zur Weiterentwicklung begreift.
Qualifikation: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium (Pharmazie, Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pharma-Produktion oder Qualitätssicherung mit, idealerweise im Bereich Packaging oder Assembly Devices.
IT-Affinität: Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für technische Abläufe und bist routiniert im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Veeva, Google Suite).
Mindset: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessverbesserungen (Lean Production System) und schätzt eine agile Arbeitsweise.
Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend in Deutsch (Wort/Schrift) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
