The Position
Innerhalb der Drug Product Manufacturing KAU/BS betreibt Engineering und SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) ein Zentralarchiv, welches für die Verwaltung von physischen Dokumenten verantwortlich ist. Dies beinhaltet das Empfangen von Dokumenten aus verschiedenen Produktionseinheiten und Supportfunktionen, die anschließende Verwahrung im Archiv vor Ort wie auch die Auslagerung in ein externes Archiv.
Die Gelegenheit
Verwaltung des Zentralarchivs für den Standort Drug Product Manufacturing KAU/BS inklusive GMP-konforme Verwaltung, Ablage und Archivierung von Dokumenten
Sicherstellung und Überwachung der GMP Standards gemäss regulatorischen und internen Anforderungen sowie den COREMAP Richtlinien
Nutzung des Archivierungssystems UnIS zur Archivierung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten
Sicherstellung des Vernichtungsprozesses am Ende der festgelegten Aufbewahrungsdauer
Koordination der Auslagerung von archivierten Dokumenten den externen Archivanbieter
Mitwirkung bei Anpassungen von lokaler Standardanweisungen (SOPs) und Arbeitsanweisungen (WIs) und Unterstützung bei Abweichungen und Changes des Zentralarchivs
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Harmonisierung der Prozesse und Systeme in Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Schnittstellen und Kunden
Wer Sie sind:
Kaufmännische, technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung in Archivierungs- oder Dokumentationsprozessen (mind. 5 Jahre)
Vorzugsweise 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie und im GMP-regulierten Umfeld, Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Verbesserungs Initiativen
Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise sind essentiell
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Diese Stelle ist befristet auf 12 Monate.
