We have an exciting opportunity for Lead Product & Pricing Management in our Specialty Injectables business, Generics. Incumbent will develop and execute marketing and product strategies for a generic injectable portfolio. This role is responsible for assigned in-line products and new product launches, partnering closely with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Market Research, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, market share, customer engagement, and portfolio performance.
The role will be based in Princeton, NJ (4 days in office; 1 day flexible remote) and report to Head Marketing, Specialty Injectables
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies, have product management responsibility for both assigned in line products and new product launches.
Develop product forecast, both volume and financial, for assigned new products to enable evaluation of potential opportunity as well as production planning.
Coordinate on new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch, monitor the filing to launch process, participate in key pre-launch meetings. Lead the development and execution of commercial launch strategies including pricing and customer offers along with sales team to ensure prioritization and successful launch of the right products.
Review on a regular basis product pricing versus market pricing and recent price changes; make changes to the pricing grid and specific product prices as required; work with various groups to review and agree on new price.
Responsible for developing the financial forecast of the assigned product portfolio for the annual budget and quarterly estimate process.
Monitor product performance trend versus budget and estimate, provide insight and comments on the variances, and proactively drive product performance
Analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to guide demand planning and provide inputs on supply planning.
Develop appropriate product promotion strategy and plans.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Major; MBA preferred.
5-7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management. Generic injectable experience a plus.
Deep understanding and insight of customer & competitor behavior, promotion process, product management and pricing.
Demonstrate leadership, sound decision making, influencing, and negotiation skills
Good communication (written & verbal), financial, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of secondary market research (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony)
Good computer (MS Office Suite), analytical & problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI tools and dashboards
Skills & Attributes
Experience in generic injectables, hospital, IDN, specialty clinic, GPO, distributor, or 340B channels.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical product launches, pricing decisions, market access dynamics, and commercial forecasting.
Experience using syndicated market data sources such as IQVIA or Symphony.
Comfort working with dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and large commercial datasets to generate actionable insights.
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future.
