Postdoc DMPK (in vitro ADME & IC) - Proteomics (all genders)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

You will use proteomics methods to support research projects addressing on- and off-target profiles, target occupancy, targeted protein degradation, and related questions

You will establish and optimize proteomics techniques (both new methods and improvements to existing workflows) to elucidate disease mechanisms and to characterize PK/PD and PK/TK relationships for novel modalities, e.g.,  covalent binders

You will implement multi‑omics approaches within preclinical development to support the design, evaluation and interpretation of preclinical safety and toxicology studies

WHO YOU ARE

You hold a PhD in life sciences (biology, protein biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field)

You have a strong background in untargeted (with a focus on DIA) and targeted proteomics, covering sample preparation, data acquisition and data analysis (experience with  Proteome Discoverer ,  Spectronaut ,  Skyline )

You have hands‑on experience with nano LC and high‑resolution mass spectrometry, preferably Orbitrap instruments

You are experienced in handling, annotating and visualizing complex proteomics datasets, using bioinformatics tools such as  R  and  Python (knowledge of annotation resources like KEGG, GO)

Experience with automated sample preparation is an advantage

Basic knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics is an advantage

You apply scientific rigor and are efficient, creative and highly organized

You have a collaborative mindset and are a team player in interdisciplinary settings

You communicate and present clearly and confidently

You have excellent English skills, both spoken and written
