Description Overview
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Content Excellence Intern to support our Digital Content organization in evaluating, optimizing, and standardizing digital content across our portfolio of products and brands.
This role will focus on conducting comprehensive content audits, identifying content gaps and optimization opportunities, benchmarking best-in-class digital content experiences, and developing scalable tools and templates that improve the quality and consistency of digital content across channels.
The ideal candidate combines an interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, content strategy, and visual design, with strong analytical and presentation skills. This individual should be comfortable evaluating content from both a consumer and business perspective while creating visually compelling tools and resources that can be leveraged across the organization.
Scope of the Role
Content Audit & Competitive Analysis
Conduct comprehensive audits of Product Detail Pages (PDPs), retailer content, digital shelf assets, enhanced content, imagery, and brand content across key retailer and eCommerce platforms.
Assess content quality, consistency, completeness, and adherence to established content standards.
Identify content gaps, optimization opportunities, and opportunities to improve the consumer experience.
Benchmark competitive brands and document best-in-class digital content experiences across categories and channels.
Develop content scorecards and assessments to evaluate content health across product portfolios.
Digital Content Toolkit & Standards Development
Support the creation of a comprehensive digital content toolkit to be used across future product launches, content refreshes, packaging updates, and digital content initiatives.
Develop standardized templates, frameworks, and best-practice guides for digital content creation.
Organize and document best-in-class examples of PDP content, imagery, videos, comparison charts, enhanced content, and retailer-specific executions.
Experience Required
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital content, eCommerce, consumer behavior, retail media, and digital experiences.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about digital content strategy, content optimization, and consumer experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations and toolkits.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience using PowerPoint Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Understanding of digital shelf content, SEO fundamentals, retail media content, or consumer marketing.
Experience conducting research, audits, competitive analysis, or data organization projects.
Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills.

Internship Project Deliverables
By the end of the internship, the intern will be expected to:
Complete a comprehensive digital content audit across assigned product portfolios and retailer platforms.
Develop a content health assessment identifying strengths, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Develop digital content standards and guidelines that promote consistency across brands and channels.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Deliver a scalable content resource that can be leveraged by Digital Content, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams for future initiatives.
