We are seeking a Senior Manager Field Medical Affairs Hematology / MSL (f/m/d) to join our Medical Affairs team, supporting North-West Germany in a field-based work model. In this role, you will drive scientific exchange, generate medical insights, and advance research initiatives while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, and healthcare experts. Field-based in North-West Germany

Discover your role:

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in hematologic malignancies.

Generate strategic medical insights to inform cross-functional decision-making.

Serve as the primary scientific resource for healthcare professionals across the territory.

Support Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access projects and programs.

Contribute to company-sponsored studies through investigator and site engagement.

Present scientific, clinical, and disease-state data in a compliant manner.

Collect and report scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence at congresses.

You adapt to evolving field needs while building trusted scientific partnerships.

This role requires:

PhD, PharmD, MD, DVM, or equivalent doctoral degree with 4+ years' relevant experience, including 2+ years as a Medical Science Liaison in hematology or oncology; or Master's degree with 6+ years' relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Medical Science Liaison.

Knowledge or experience in hematology; multiple myeloma and/or lymphoma experience preferred.

Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, European Union regulations, and compliant pharmaceutical practices.

Experience engaging healthcare experts and institutions focused on hematologic malignancies preferred.

Drug launch experience preferred.

Ability to communicate complex scientific data and operate as a scientific peer.

Experience in cross-functional matrix organizations, including collaboration with commercial partners.

Strong written and verbal communication, strategic conversation, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Proficiency with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
