The primary responsibilities of this role include promoting our ethical products to healthcare professionals, as well as ensuring the consistent execution of quality calls, promotional activities, and continuing medical education (CME) for healthcare professionals.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Drive assigned territory sales and activities in line with our company’s objectives
Perform territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop KOLs
Establish and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders
Execute and leverage digital approach and tools to enhance engagements
Execute an omnichannel sales and marketing plan
Manage and plan action based on the allocated budget
Other duties and responsibilities as time-to-time entrusted by your immediate manager
Candidate Profile
Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical sales representative or similar role
Proactive achiever who is self-driven and enthusiastic to learn, with strong passion towards sales and marketing
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Persuasive and resilient
Effective communication skills
