Due to the ongoing development of our Supply Chain structures, we invite candidates to apply for the position of Product Master Data Specialist. The person in this role will play a key part in ensuring the highest quality of Master Data, enabling efficient planning and production processes, timely product launches (Time-To-Market), and supporting supply chain optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and optimize Master Data workflows to ensure timely implementation of new product introductions (NPI)
Create and update master data in ERP and APS systems (including SAP S/4HANA and planning systems)
Develop and maintain structures such as: BOM (Bill of Materials), Planning data (MRP parameters, inventory parameters, lead times), Logistics and warehouse data
Manage the Product Life Cycle within IT systems
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and high quality (Data Governance, Data Quality)
Cooperate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Global Supply Chain teams
Participate in digitalization and process standardization projects (including data structure optimization and reporting automation)
Support the organization in master data analysis and system-related issue resolution
Contribute to the S&OP process by ensuring accurate and reliable planning input data
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procurement in a manufacturing company
Experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated (GMP) industry will be an advantage
Practical knowledge of ERP systems – experience with JD Edwards and SAP S/4HANA is preferred
Knowledge of APS systems (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro) will be considered an asset
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query)
Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage
Ability to work with and validate large data sets
Experience with workflow management and ticketing tools will be an additional asset
English at professional level
