Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will provide operational and project coordination support to the Dysport Movement Disorders business, while also supporting key Migraine marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of marketing plans, HCP training activities, speaker programs, promotional material deployment, and other cross-functional projects as needed.
Given the anticipated volume of HCP engagement and training activities, the position will serve as a critical liaison between Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Regulatory, external vendors, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely execution and a best-in-class customer experience.
This individual will also play a key role in managing budgets and purchase orders, and supporting the execution of launch and growth initiatives across the Neuroscience portfolio.
Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Budget oversight/management including initiation and management of SOWs, POs, GRs,
connecting with internal stakeholders (marketing, Finance, Legal, etc.) and external vendors
providing monthly updates on spend vs phasing/budget
Support of Speaker Programs and local exhibits including: HCP consultant tiering/fair market value determination
consultant/speaker contracting in accordance with Ipsen contracting SOPs
managing/liaising with iEngage team
communicating and tracking budget against region forecasts
connecting regularly with Regional Business Directors on status of execution/spend
monitoring of transfer of value (TOV) statuses, including biweekly tracking & reporting
Reconciling budget monthly with external agencies
Promotional Material management, including weekly reporting of upcoming expirations
coordination with material owner(s) for reapproval/updates
inventory management with external partner, including ordering of materials, order approvals, etc.
Field Direction Memo support, including development, approval, and distribution Audit reporting as needed including managing the response to internal Global and local requests
Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge & Experience (essential):
5+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, sales support, or commercial operations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Proficiency with financial and contracting systems, such as Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Buying, and Adobe Sign.
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or medical device industry.
Experience coordinating educational programs, events, or HCP-facing activities.
Experience with PRC/MLR processes and procedures.
Experience using Veeva PromoMats.
Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
Education / Certifications (essential):
Bachelor’s degree.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week onsite based in Cambridge, MA in line with the Ipsen Hybrid Working Policy.
The annual base salary range for this position is $66,750-$97,900.
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.

The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.
