Job Description
Lead the integrated planning and marketing execution of initiatives for the assigned portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent customer experience. Also, drive strategic and transformation projects that strengthen commercial performance, process agility, innovation, and launch readiness through cross-functional coordination, governance, and rigorous performance tracking.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
Translate business objectives into actionable brand and tactical plans, with milestones, owners, resources, and performance-tracking metrics.
Analyze initiative performance, market trends, and feedback to propose optimizations and prioritize opportunities.
Contribute to the definition of marketing and strategic-project priorities in alignment with the affiliate strategy.
Campaign Execution and Customer Engagement
Coordinate the development and timely execution of campaigns, promotional materials, communications, and customer-facing activities.
Manage congresses, workshops, training sessions, and other customer engagement initiatives, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and follow-up.
Ensure flawless execution through control of timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and contingency plans.
Strategic Project and Transformation Leadership
Lead projects that improve business performance, operational efficiency, go-to-market models or customer experience.
Define the scope, plan, governance, risks, indicators, and tracking cadence for each assigned strategic project.
Budget, Supplier, and Compliance Management
Track marketing and project budgets, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, invoices, and associated administrative processes.
Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and Procurement to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control.
Maintain complete documentation of activities, contracts, payments, and approvals in compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence
Work in an integrated manner with Sales, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, Procurement, and other relevant partners.
Influence without formal authority to align priorities, remove dependencies, and sustain execution of critical initiatives.
Serve as the link between strategy and operations, communicating clearly with working teams and business leaders.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Additional training in project management, innovation, transformation, or process improvement: preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in marketing and coordination of commercial initiatives; as a reference, 3–4 years or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, beauty/dermocosmetics, or regulated industries: preferred.
Participation in or leadership of cross-functional projects, process optimization, go-to-market, innovation, or launches: preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Marketing planning and execution, campaign management, promotional materials, and customer engagement.
Project management: scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, tracking, and executive reporting.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM, digital tools, and data visualization: preferred.
Working knowledge of budgeting, suppliers, purchase orders, documentation, and compliance in regulated environments.
