Your Role

Prepare periodic reports, collect and analyze data, and identify trends, opportunities, and deviations, generating relevant information to support decision-making.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), results, and processes related to the department's initiatives.

Actively participate in the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing plans and strategies, providing analysis and relevant business insights.

Manage and control budgets, monthly expenses, and advances, ensuring proper expense reporting and compliance with internal policies.

Provide end-to-end coordination for national and international events, including the management of budgets, guests, contracts, letters of attendance and acceptance, CVs, invitations, lodging, and transfers.

Use IHUB, SAP, VERITAS, EWIZARD, SIF, and ARIBA systems, as well as other current or upcoming platforms to support the smooth operation of the department.

Design and coordinate the production of promotional materials, from brief creation to approval and distribution, ensuring compliance with the company's Compliance policies.

Draft, manage, and archive contracts and documentation related to the department's activities.

Organize meetings and collaborate on various initiatives and projects developed by the team.

Provide guidance and mentorship to the department's intern, supporting their learning process, development, and progress tracking.

Your Profile

Graduated professional or advanced student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in roles related to marketing, business analysis, commercial management, or similar positions.

Experience in data analysis, report generation, and tracking management indicators.

Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and generate insights that add value to business decision-making.

Experience in budget management and tracking, ideally linked to different business units.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory requirement for the position).

Knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms, or other management systems is considered desirable.

Intermediate English level, primarily focused on reading and understanding information and, to a lesser extent, participating in meetings.

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, maintaining effective coordination with different departments and teams.

Positive, organized, and proactive profile, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks according to relevance and deadlines.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage operational and budgetary information across the five business units.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside the ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Autonomy, responsibility, flexibility, and willingness to participate in various initiatives and respond to department needs.
