About the Job:
The Manager Global Quality Systems - Pharma Compliance position is critical for ensuring quality oversight in both local and global projects. This role ensures that global quality processes are adhered to and that pharmaceutical compliance regulations are embedded within program and project organizations.
Your Contribution:
You will implement and drive global quality processes in local and global projects for computerized systems
You will create and manage Change Controls and other quality-related documents, such as SOPs, trainings, and deviations, within your area of responsibility
You will act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders across the BioNTech network, fostering collaboration and alignment
You will ensure that pharmaceutical compliance regulations are embedded and upheld in requirements and other documentation related to computerized systems
A Good Match:
You hold a degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field, or equivalent industrial qualification and experience
Several years (3+) of experience in Quality Assurance and a strong background in computerized systems, with experience in local and global project environments
You are well-versed in pharmaceutical compliance regulations
You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders
You are detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to create and manage quality-related documentation effectively
You are fluent in English, and proficiency in German is considered a plus
