Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 12 week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.

Location:  Parsippany, NJ

Length: May 18, 2027 – August 6, 2027

Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks

Pay:  $21.00-$27.00/hr. Rates will be based on your field of study and your academic year at the start of the internship.

Tasks & responsibilities

•    During the 12-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Marketing department focusing on KOL Strategy & Congress Planning.

•    Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.

•    You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Innovative Medicines business unit.

•    During this program you will work on the planning and execution of 2 - 3 initiatives involving engagement with Key Opinion Leaders in the Neuroscience and Psychiatry space.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications

•    Currently enrolled in minimum of Bachelor's program. Marketing, Business, Life Science, Public Health programs preferred with strong academic performance and coursework exposure to marketing fundamentals, communications, healthcare systems, biology or pharmaceuticals preferred.

•    Fundamental understanding and experience in (Analytical and Strategic thinking, Communication skills, and Organization and Execution, Problem Solving. Not expecting pharma experience but marketing exposure is a plus – marketing clubs, leadership, projects, market research, social media. Would like to see a genuine interest in healthcare, patient impact.

Salary Range

The hourly rate for this internship ranges from $21.00/hr- $27.00/hr. Rates will be based on your field of study and your academic year at the start of the internship.
