Key Account Manager
Sorumluluklar:
GSK Türkiye strateji ve önceliklerine uygun olarak tanıtım faaliyetlerini yürütmek
Sorumlu olduğu kilit kurumlarda, şirket içi ilgili fonksiyonları da harekete geçirerek biyolojik ajan kullanımını arttırmaya yönelik projeler geliştirmek
Hasta Odaklı Tanıtım modeline uygun tanıtım görüşmeleri gerçekleştirmek
Sorumlu olduğu bölgeler için tahsis edilen kaynakları doğru analiz ve planlamalar yaparak etkin şekilde kullanmak
Paydaş haritasını oluşturmak ve iş planını düzenli takip etmek, ilgili paydaşlardan içgörüleri toplamak ve bu içgörülerden sonuç yaratacak projeler geliştirmek
Sorumluluk alanındaki görevleri yerine getirirken GSK Değerlerine, GSK içerisinde uygulamada olan lokal ve global tüm politika ve prosedürlere (Etik Tanıtım İlkeleri, Hasta Odaklı Tanıtım Modeli prensipleri), çalışılan ülke mevzuatı ve kabul görmüş uluslararası standartlar ile uyumlu olarak çalışmak
Aranılan Nitelikler:
4 yıllık üniversite mezunu olmak
Tercihen solunum pazarında tecrübe sahibi olmak
İlaç sektöründe en az 3 yıllık saha satış tecrübesine sahip olmak
Aranılan Yetkinlikler:
İleri seviye medikal ve pazarlama hakimiyeti
Sahip olduğu yüksek seviye medikal bilgiyi kullanarak ikna etme ve etkileme becerileri
Güçlü iletişim becerileri ve Ekip çalışmasına yatkınlık
Analiz, stratejik planlama & kurum & proje & kilit müşteri yönetimi becerileri

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
