International Marketing Associate
Reading | United Kingdom (GB) | Full-time | Permanent
How you will make an impact:
You’ll play a key role in the Neurology International Marketing team, driving high-quality, compliant campaigns and our presence at international congresses. Your work will strengthen brand visibility, support key stakeholders and ensure all materials are consistent, on-brand and aligned with the ABPI Code of Practice.
Key responsibilities:
Build strong knowledge of Britannia’s neurology portfolio
Develop and execute online and offline marketing materials and campaigns
Create and manage job bags in Veeva PromoMats, ensuring timely, compliant approvals
Liaise with agencies and internal teams to maintain clear, consistent messaging and branding
Proof and review materials to ensure quality and accuracy
Plan and organise international congress activities, including scientific symposia
Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and internal trackers/timelines
Manage contracts and Purchase Orders (creation, tracking, receipting)
Operate in line with all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. ABPI Code of Practice, PMCPA, GxPs)

Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and impact
Excellent relationship-building and clear communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency
Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
Proactive, agile and collaborative, with a focus on improving processes
