Global Technical Operations & Supply 

Global Technical Operations & Supply (Global TechOp&S) is Chiesi’s global manufacturing and supply area, responsible for ensuring consistent, outstanding quality, service and value across our end‑to‑end supply chain. Global TechOp&S oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. Throughout this journey, Operational Excellence drives continuous improvement. This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners.

This is what you will do

The Intern will be in introduced in a dynamic and fast paced environment with the opportunity to support the activities of the Change Control Management.

Change Control Management at Chiesi is a structured, TrackWise‑based quality process ensuring that any modification impacting products, processes, equipment, systems, or documentation is assessed, approved, implemented, and traced in compliance with GMP/GDP and regulatory expectations.

You’ll be involved in:

In particular, the intern will support the Quality Operations Unit on the following activities:

Monitor the status of open change controls

Interact with stakeholders to track progress and gather updates

Perform recurring follow‑up and ongoing monitoring activities

The intern will:

-    Receive appropriate training on Trackwise, the quality management system for the management of Change Controls

-    Develop good knowledge of the GMP regulations

-    Interact with many internal and external stakeholders like Chiesi Sites, External Manufacturing Operations  and Chiesi Affiliates EU and Extra EU.

You will need to have

Master’s Degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or equivalent).

Fluent English written and spoken (C1). An study experience aborad will be consider a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Basic knowledge on manufacturing processes and GMP regulations is a plus.

Good planning and organizational skills

Ability to analyse, synthesise and to link and interpret different information

Accuracy and focus on quality
