The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Enabler Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Disease Area teams in their mission to elevate the role of Roche in society. Your core purpose is to help ensure we deliver better outcomes for patients, the healthcare ecosystem, and the organization, faster.

You will achieve this by contributing to the operational implementation and execution of our omnichannel campaigns. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.

You will also contribute to the therapeutic area portfolio strategy and its related work packages, helping to identify and address external challenges and opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem through the development and implementation of actionable, measurable solutions and initiatives.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Omnichannel Campaign Execution: Contribute to the operational setup and development of omnichannel campaigns, including the creation and validation of documents and tools for healthcare professionals and patients.

Project Coordination: Coordinate projects in collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Strategy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of the Therapeutic Area strategy and contribute to the development and execution of communication campaigns and strategies

Content & Communications: Take the lead on various marketing tasks, ensuring all business activities and content creation adhere to company compliance

Analytics & Reporting: Participate in the analysis of results from omnichannel branded and non branded communication campaigns

Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and landscaping to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making

Internal Engagement: Contribute to the preparation of key internal events to engage teams involved in a specific Disease Area

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers as required, in alignment with the Patient Journey Partner, to validate market insights and customer needs.

Team & Network Engagement: All team members act as network navigators, leveraging synergies and existing solutions from the international Roche network, and transparently share outcomes, identify synergies, combine efforts and share learnings with the network

Compliance: Ensure all business activities within the ecosystem comply with relevant company SOPs, PHARMA Code of Conduct, iFPMA, Symphony (and of equivalence), and maintain a high ethical standard.

Additional Duties: Perform any other duties that may be assigned as required by the business

Competencies: Skills & Experience

Understanding of Marketing, including Digital Marketing (digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, content marketing, data analytics)

Ability to work flexibly within a team

Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and articulate style

Preferred Qualifications:

Fourth year of University studies

Business/marketing or health / medical sciences

Exposure to a commercial/marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

We’re looking for interns who can commit full-time from January to June 2027.
