Your Role: As Process Lead for Integrated Business Management (IBM) in Discovery Solutions, you are the owner and key driver of the new DS process design and implementation, partnering with Life Science leaders to define clear objectives, measure outcomes, and ensure harmonized, standardized IBM reviews. You will coach IBM facilitators, connect the dots between IBM demand to planning processes, and deliver cross-functional transparency and actionable follow-up to drive business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities:
You will lead the design and implementation of the new process for Discovery Solutions (DS)
You will drive cross-functional alignment with various stakeholders and senior leaders across Life Science
You will own the IBM process with clearly defined objectives, track and measure IBM & business outcomes against those objectives, and ensure actions are taken to achieve stated objectives
You are the key stakeholder for the DS organization, act as a coach for IBM facilitators and ensure harmonization and standardization across IBM reviews
You will own the collection, analysis and prioritization of insights and outcomes from IBM meetings and orchestrate follow-up actions where needed
You will analyze and explain changes in the IBM demand plan and develop standard reports in collaboration with ISCO demand planning
You will work on connecting the IBM process with other planning processes such as the financial forecast (LEAP)
You will design and implement business solutions to ensure information is consistently shared across the organization
Who you are:
Master’s degree
8+ years of experience in business management, consulting, finance or supply chain in Pharma/Healthcare or related sectors
Proven experience in leading large, complex, global projects
Expertise in communicating at all levels, from operational to senior management
Advanced skillset in influencing without authority and convincing stakeholders with conflicting priorities
Ability to navigate at ease in highly matrixed environments with changing priorities
Process driven and structured approach to standardizing and simplifying work processes
Expert level at data & analytical skills
Project management certification is a plus
Previous experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, business development and strategic transformation to ensure profitable growth highly desirable
