What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead study start-up activities across global, regional, and country-level programs, ensuring studies are activated efficiently, compliantly , and on schedule. Working as part of an integrated cross-functional team, you'll partner with sponsors, sites, and stakeholders worldwide to accelerate patient enrolment and drive successful clinical trial delivery.

Key Responsibilities  

Leading site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals and site contracting

Developing and executing Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and objectives

Performing protocol amendments

Driving study start-up timelines and critical milestones

Managing regulatory strategies, approvals and essential study documentation

Negotiating contracts and regulatory documents while ensuring local and global compliance

Identifying risks, resolving issues and implementing mitigation plans

Building strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders

Monitoring project metrics, budgets, timelines and performance indicators

Providing project updates, reports, presentations and operational insights

Supporting proposal development, bid defence activities and customer engagement

Mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field

Experience in site activation, study start-up, protocol amendments, regulatory affairs or clinical operations

Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, ethics processes and regulatory requirements

Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks and cross-functional stakeholders

Strong communication , negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead complex projects and drive outcomes in a global environment

Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience working across cultures and geographies

Passion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve clinical trial delivery
