Our Team, Your Impact
The Global SC Data Management – Governance & Training Analyst executes and supports global Supply Chain (SC) data governance, change management, and training activities across Material Master Data and Supply Chain data domains. The role contributes to the effective rollout and adoption of master data and supply chain data processes and systems (e.g. SAP MDG and planning systems) by planning and delivering training, supporting user readiness, and coordinating stakeholder communication.
The position is responsible for governance support, user access management, training administration, and reporting activities, helping to ensure effective adoption of Supply Chain data processes and tools.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Execute and support Supply Chain data governance and change management activities, including governance documentation, stakeholder communication, and business readiness support for process and system changes.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training activities for Master Data and Supply Chain processes and systems, including training administration, participation tracking, training records, and user readiness activities.
Manage user access administration activities in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, including role mapping, access requests, access validation, and maintenance of user access documentation.
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and analyses related to data governance, training, user access, and business readiness activities, and collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive follow-up actions, continuous improvement, and effective adoption of Supply Chain data processes and tools.
Your Skills and Experience
University degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience working with Master Data and/or Supply Chain data in an ERP or MDM environment (preferably SAP ERP and/or SAP MDG)
Experience supporting training coordination, training delivery and change management activities
Understanding of data governance principles, processes, and roles within a Supply Chain environment
Experience supporting user access management processes, including access requests, role mapping, and access validation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and data analyses
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Technical affinity and willingness to learn enterprise systems, reporting tools, and data management applications
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
