Finance Reporting, Treasury and Business Analysis Manager
Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Finance | Professionals
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
Coordinate and improve the month‑end closing process in partnership with accounting.
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategy.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP – adjust as needed).
Business & Data Analysis
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new projects, investments, pricing and scenarios.
Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to track performance and support decision‑making.
Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, identify growth opportunities and cost‑optimization levers.
Translate complex data into simple, visual and compelling insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic projects (M&A, restructuring, new markets, digitalization, etc.).
Leadership & Collaboration
Drive process improvement and automation in reporting and analysis.
Promote a culture of transparency, ownership and continuous improvement within the finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, CIMA) is a strong plus.
7+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally covering FP&A / Controlling, Treasury, or Financial Reporting.
Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance and cash management.
Experience in a multinational / fast‑growth / matrix environment is an advantage.
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling; experience with BI tools is highly desirable.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
