Field Reimbursement Manager Jobs

Field reimbursement managers help physician offices, infusion centers and hospitals get patients access to a therapy. They explain payer coverage and billing, support benefits verification and prior authorizations, and help resolve denials and appeals, working alongside sales, patient support and market access teams.

Most roles are US-based and cover a regional territory, often for specialty or rare-disease products where access is complex. Titles include Field Reimbursement Manager, Senior FRM and Field Access Manager.

Employers typically look for experience in reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, patient access, practice management or payer relations, plus knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial coverage.
