About this opportunity

Your impact begins here

As Digital Project Manager, you will lead a portfolio of high-impact AI and digital initiatives that create value across our global Finance organisation. From initial scoping through implementation and stable operation, you will align stakeholders, clarify priorities and manage risks to keep delivery moving. Your work will turn promising ideas into practical solutions - quickly, effectively and at scale.

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, IT, data or AI-enabled delivery.

Experience working with cross-functional technical delivery teams, such as developers, functional experts and testers.

Practical experience with Agile delivery, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

Experience managing multiple initiatives, dependencies and stakeholder groups in an international organisation.

Strong facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely at all organisational levels.

A results-driven, structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to plan, prioritise, execute and follow up independently.

Comfort with ambiguity, sound judgement and a willingness to challenge constructively while solving new problems with business and technical specialists.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Useful, but not essential:

A certification in project management, Agile or Scrum.

Experience implementing AI-enabled tools, automation or productivity improvements.

Experience working with finance processes, stakeholders or solutions in a finance organisation.

What you’ll do

You will own delivery of digital and AI initiatives from idea to handover, keeping plans clear, risks visible and teams moving.

Plan and deliver multiple digital and AI initiatives, turning business objectives into integrated project plans and a prioritised, actionable backlog.

Design AI-enabled capabilities that streamline finance processes and support data-driven analysis and decision-making.

Drive projects through scoping, development, testing, implementation and adoption, and follow up to make sure commitments are met with high quality.

Facilitate Agile team events, such as planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement, and remove impediments to keep delivery flowing.

Set delivery KPIs and report transparently on progress, value, quality, risks, issues and dependencies. Spot risks early, agree mitigation actions and escalate decisions when needed.

Build alignment across Finance and other areas, clarifying roles, expectations and resource needs, and supporting user readiness, adoption and benefit realisation.

Coordinate quality, data privacy, IT security and testing activities with accountable specialists as well as resolving defects and incidents

Who you’ll work with

You will join Data & AI, where we develop and scale data and AI solutions that improve finance processes, strengthen decision-making and create measurable business value. The team brings together business expertise, data, technology and responsible AI practices to turn opportunities into reliable solutions that can be adopted across the organisation. You will report to the Director of Data & AI.

Day to day, you will work with developers, functional experts and process owners to turn business needs into clear requirements and delivery plans. You will coordinate priorities across the Data & AI portfolio and partner with the Digital Innovation & AI team for delivery as well as stakeholders across Global Finance and Enterprise AI to move solutions from development to adoption.

The role has global reach. You will collaborate across functions, seniority levels, geographies, cultures and time zones, so an international mindset and effective remote collaboration matter. Limited national or international travel may be required, depending on project needs.

What you can expect here

You will work in an environment where digital and AI technologies and ways of working evolve quickly. You are trusted to create structure where things are unclear, make day-to-day delivery decisions and enable experimentation while keeping delivery disciplined.

You will grow through close work with technical and business specialists, share learnings across the department and the wider organisation, and help shape project management standards, templates and portfolio transparency within Data & AI. You will be supported to keep your development plan current, in a team that values learning, honest feedback and continuous improvement.

How this role compares

Computed from every other active role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
