Release Operations Manager (Ørestad, Capital Region of Denmark, DK)
About this opportunity
Your impact begins here
As Release Operations Manager, you will make sure every Novocare release reaches markets in a way that is consistent, scalable and compliant. You will lead the operational planning and rollout of Novocare V5 and ongoing releases across global markets, turning approved priorities into one clear, integrated plan. By keeping complex work visible and moving, you will help central teams, regions and affiliates launch with confidence, so Novocare support reaches each market reliably.
What you’ll bring
A relevant degree in business, IT, engineering or project/programme management, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience coordinating digital product or platform releases, multi-market rollouts or complex cross-functional programmes.
The ability to manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, readiness checks and stakeholder actions.
A structured, dependable way of working that keeps complex work visible and moving.
Clear communication and the ability to align teams without relying on line authority.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach: you spot risks early, challenge stakeholders constructively when needed and escalate at the right time.
A strong can-do mindset and a collaborative way of working.
Useful, but not essential:
An understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies, including agile delivery.
Familiarity with web/CMS or CRM environments.
Experience in healthcare, pharma or another regulated industry.
What you’ll do
You will own the operational backbone of Novocare releases, from planning through launch, stabilisation and learning. Within approved priorities, you will own the operational plan, release calendar and readiness tracking, and you will recommend sequencing or a readiness hold when quality or market readiness is at risk.
Own and continuously improve operational rollout procedures, so every market and release follows a consistent, scalable and compliant approach.
Translate approved priorities into an integrated release plan with milestones, dependencies, readiness gates and rollout waves, and maintain the release calendar, dependency map, risk log and decision and action tracking.
Facilitate planning and readiness reviews, confirming owners, evidence, actions and escalation paths.
Coordinate rollout waves with Market Enablement and regional contacts, covering market readiness, localisation, training, communications, support and cutover.
Track delivery, quality and adoption, and prepare governance updates and post-release reviews.
Build clear operational structures and keep improving them with what each release teaches you.
Who you’ll work with
You will join Novocare within the newly established Consumer Care unit, reporting to Mathias Bauer Munk, Associate Director Novocare.
In PPS (Product & Portfolio Strategy), colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale.
Your remit is global. Working centrally, you will partner with Novocare leadership and capability leads; product, platform, content and GBS publishing teams; QA, Compliance, MLR, Privacy, Data and Consumer Care specialists; and delivery partners, Regional Market Enablers and affiliates. Your role is to bring everyone together around one plan, raise risks early and keep decisions moving. Some travel may be required.
What you can expect here
From day one, you will own a global rollout that connects functions, regions and partners. Clear priorities, honest feedback and fast decisions help the work move. Working with product, compliance, data and market teams, you will widen your perspective and build new skills on the job.
You will be trusted to make your voice heard, challenge constructively and help shape how Novocare releases are run, with support to grow as the platform and your role develop.
At Novo, you’ll join a global healthcare company with a unique culture and strong results. We offer continuous learning, career development, and benefits tailored to your life and career stage.
