MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:

To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategies, enhancing HCP engagement and maximizing brand value.

The overall omnichannel strategy and governance are led by a dedicated Omnichannel Lead in another department.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute brand-specific digital initiatives, including:

HCP websites, email campaigns, eDetailing, video content, and other digital assets

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to deploy integrated digital campaigns

2. Digital Channel & Content Management

•   Manage and update product websites and membership-based digital platforms

•   Coordinate content development with external agencies and vendors

•   Ensure content quality and compliance with regulations and industry codes

3. Data Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Define and track KPIs for digital initiatives

• Analyze engagement and performance data and provide actionable insights

• Continuously improve digital activities through PDCA cycles

4. Collaboration with Omnichannel Lead

•   Execute digital initiatives in alignment with the overall omnichannel strategy and guidelines defined by the Omnichannel Lead

• Share insights, data, and field feedback to support omnichannel optimization

5. Cross-functional & External Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Medical, S&P, IT, and external partners

• Support evaluation and implementation of new digital tools and solutions (at requirement-definition level)

YOUR PROFILE:

Advanced degree in business, medical or life-science

Hard skills/ Expertise:

• Preferably 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including relevant commercial and/or digital marketing functions

• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing function within the pharmaceutical industry

• Proven experience in omnichannel strategy execution and digital promotion

• Working knowledge of AI applications and their practical use in digital marketing

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Soft skills:

• Strong leadership in driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning stakeholders behind shared business objectives

• Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and solve complex problems in a fast-changing environment

• Customer-centric leadership with a strong focus on HCP needs, user experience, and business impact

• Ability to influence, build trust, and lead change across diverse internal and external stakeholders

• Continuous learning agility with the ability to coach others and foster innovation through emerging digital trends and technologies
