Our Team, Your Impact

DADAI (Data, Analytics, Digital & AI Delivery) is building a next generation enterprise delivery engine that turns the company’s biggest opportunities into measurable outcomes using data products, digital automation and applied AI. The ambition is to combine startup pace with enterprise discipline: product thinking, predictable delivery at scale, strong engineering standards, and clear architecture, security and quality gates that enable speed without compromising control.

DADAI has been shaped as an enterprise “factory”, 200+ engineers, designed to absorb significant demand across multiple global domains, industrializing the path from idea to production and continuous improvement while scaling through strategic partners and still preserving internal knowledge and ownership. This is a rare opportunity to join a new leadership organization and to help set how the Teva will use data, analytics and AI to modernize decision making, automate critical processes, and accelerate innovation across core functions and value chains.

Proven ability to own solution architecture end to end: shape target designs, validate them through prototyping or proof of concept where needed, guide delivery teams through implementation, and provide technical oversight through design reviews, code reviews, and production readiness checks.

Strong experience with enterprise security, governance, and compliance, and the ability to work effectively with enterprise architects and guiding or regulatory functions to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and control requirements.

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to drive alignment across architects, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise control functions.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
