Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de Production Biotech rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d’un excellent esprit d’équipe pour rejoindre notre équipe basée dans notre bureau de Bulle, Suisse.
À propos du poste
Dans le cadre de l’equipe BP1 à Bulle, le(la) Technicien(ne) de Production Biotech assure les activités de production DSP en horaires 5x8, dans le respect des délais, des standards qualité et des exigences GMP et HSE. Le poste implique l’exécution des opérations de production de routine selon les processus établis, tout en contribuant à la continuité des opérations, à la sécurité du site et à l’amélioration continue des activités de production.
Avec qui vous travaillerez
Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de production, maintenance, qualité et autres départements du site afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de fabrication. Vous contribuerez également à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs, dans un environnement dynamique, réglementé et fortement orienté vers la sécurité, la qualité et la performance opérationnelle.
Vos missions
Assurer les activités de production 5x8 dans les délais et standards qualité requis.
Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures de production et processus associés.
Garantir le respect des règles GMP dans les zones de production.
Respecter strictement les règles HSE et signaler toute situation dangereuse.
Résoudre les problèmes techniques simples et escalader les incidents complexes.
Participer à l’amélioration continue et au maintien de la propreté des installations.

Expérience en industrie pharmaceutique, biotech, agroalimentaire ou environnement équivalent.
Bonne connaissance des normes GMP et des environnements réglementés.
Maîtrise des procédés de production en zone DSP.
Connaissances en automation industrielle type DCS et MES.
Capacité à gérer les priorités et le stress efficacement.
Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et travail d’équipe.
