The Position
Automation Business Analyst
You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary and Malaysia. We operate in an agile organizational set-up without extensive hierarchical structure, where it is expected that all our employees lead from every seat. The Opportunity
Support the regional Automation Business Partner to prepare automation projects for development and ensure timely end-to-end delivery.
Facilitate process improvement and automation use case identification in close collaboration with process experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with business teams to identify repetitive process bottlenecks and system friction, driving process and technical improvements to close gaps.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE process designs, user requirements, and regular status reports.
Work closely with Automation Developers to support design, deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and operational stabilization phases.
Maintain solution documentation across the portfolio to ensure deployed solutions reflect evolving business needs.
Foster an innovative, continuous-improvement mindset across the organization through active collaboration and agile ways of working.
Who You Are
You hold a strong background in business analysis, process mapping, or business process improvement.
You bring proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, process maps, and workflow visualizations.
You possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to differentiate between root causes and symptoms.
You excel in stakeholder management and communication, navigating complex organizational setups to collaborate effectively across teams.
You have fluently professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, Project Management concepts, SAP S/4HANA, or enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath suite, MS 365 Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
