Account Manager

Como Account Manager de Discovery Solutions en Lima, desarrollarás y harás crecer una cartera de clientes existentes en la industria farmacéutica y veterinaria, la industria y los laboratorios de servicio. Elaborarás y ejecutarás planes de cuenta con objetivos de crecimiento, retención y expansión, identificarás oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling, y prepararás propuestas comerciales, cotizaciones y negociaciones. Serás asesor de confianza para tus clientes con el respaldo del equipo de soporte técnico, y usarás herramientas de IA para optimizar y automatizar tu gestión comercial. Buscamos al menos 5 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B.
Quién eres:
Profesional en Química, Biología, Bioquímica, Farmacia, Ingeniería Química, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, con formación en Ventas y Marketing.
Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B y desarrollo de cuentas en sectores como farmacéutico, veterinario, industrial, laboratorios o consumo B2B.
Experiencia en negociación, propuestas comerciales y cierre de ventas.
Uso avanzado de IA para optimizar y automatizar procesos comerciales, incluyendo la creación de agentes.
Familiaridad con CRM para el seguimiento de clientes y oportunidades (Salesforce deseable).
Inglés intermedio con capacidad de comunicarte de forma efectiva.
Manejo avanzado de Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) y análisis de datos de ventas, reportes y dashboards.
Deseable: MBA, conocimiento del portafolio de laboratorio (reactivos, consumibles, equipos) y SAP.
