Senior Marketing Analyst – Rare Diseases
São Paulo, Brazil | Hybrid
At Ipsen, we are driven by a shared purpose: creating real impact for patients and society. We are looking for a talented and analytical marketing professional to help shape the future of rare disease care in Brazil.
As Senior Marketing Analyst, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Ipsen’s Rare Diseases portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to brand planning, market analysis, promotional campaigns, scientific events and commercial initiatives that help deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.
What you'll do
Support the implementation of brand and marketing plans for the rare diseases portfolio.
Analyse market dynamics, competitive trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate scientific events, congresses and commercial meetings.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns in partnership with commercial and medical teams.
Monitor KPIs, generate insights and support data-driven decision making.
Manage agency and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and other key functions.
What you'll bring
Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or a related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing for prescription products.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Experience in rare diseases or specialty care is an advantage.
