Description
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Creative Solutions/WünderLab department located at our Ridgefield facility. As an Intern, you will support Boehringer Ingelheim's in-house video production team through all phases of the video development process, including production planning, filming support, project coordination and post-production activities. This hands-on internship provides exposure to the creation of internal communications, marketing, and event-related content while developing practical skills in video production, content development, and project management. The intern will work closely with videographers, editors, and creative partners to help deliver high-quality video content.

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordination of video productions, including scheduling logistics, and shoot preparation.
Provide on-set support during studio and location-based video shoots.
Support project management activities including maintaining production schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
Assist in developing production materials such as shot lists, briefing documents, call sheets, and production notes.
Organize video asserts, footage and project files while supporting post-production review and content publishing activities
Requirements
Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing.
Student must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship.
Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
Major or minor in related field of internship.
Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university.
Graduate and advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university.
Eligibility Requirements :
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an interest in storytelling and content development
Working knowledge of video production process; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly premiere Pro, is preferred
Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to contribute both creatively and operationally as part of a collaborative team
